Christmas
Christmas
Christmas is a time to remember and celebrate the birth of Jesus, and the gift of love and purpose he offers us. The Bible says Jesus is “the hope of all the world” (Matthew 12:21) because he offers us peace, wholeness, unconditional love and meaning for our lives.
Inspired by this, The Salvation Army wishes to share joy and hope with you this Christmas and into the new year. Whatever the challenges you’ve faced this past year, we believe there is still a reason to have hope. Please Connect with your local Salvos to find out more. We invite you to experience connection and find joy at a Salvation Army Christmas carols or church service, or community meal. If you’d love to partner with us to share hope with your community, please click on Get Involved to learn more.
And if you’re looking for some support to make celebrating Christmas possible, please contact your local Salvos for practical and emotional support.
