Professional Standards and Quality Department

The Professional Standards and Quality Department (PSQ) is a dedicated team for safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable people. This department has the job of making sure The Salvation Army creates a culture, adopts strategies and takes action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children, young people and vulnerable people. 

Complaints or concerns about child abuse

Child abuse concerns must be forwarded to a Safeguarding Specialist, who is employed by The Salvation Army to investigate reports and concerns of this nature.
